These Terms & Conditions regulate all purchases made through the website www.peluqueriaelenacabezas.com, and will be fully accepted by all parts. The user assumes full responsibility for the reading and acceptance of the Terms & Conditions at the moment of the purchase, since they may be modified.

If you do not agree with the Terms & Conditions or the Privacy Policy, do not use this website.

The contract procedure is only available in Spanish.

 

      1. OUR DATA

The sale of products on this website is made by ELENA CABEZAS under the trade name “Elena Cabezas”, with address at CALLE HERNANDO DE ACUÑA 42, VALLADOLID (47014), SPAIN, with ID 71641404S.

You can get in touch with us through any of the means established in the Customer Service section (15).

      1. CREATE A USER ACCOUNT:

In order to make an online purchase, it is necessary for users to create a private account.

You can register at any time through the “LOGIN” section (Create an account), or during the purchase process.

Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email, stating that the process has been carried out successfully along with a reminder of the access data

From your account you will be able to: make purchases, check the order history, change your password, modify your personal data, modify the shipping and billing addresses, correct errors produced in the data entry, make comments, and other procedures related to your purchases.

You can unsubscribe at any time by sending an email to the address info@peluqueriaelenacabezas.com which will entail the cancellation of your personal data. It is important that the e-mail is sent from the address associated to your account.

The creation and cancellation of a user account will be defined by the provisions of the Privacy Policy.

      1. CORRECTION OF ERRORS IN THE INTRODUCTION OF DATA:

You can access to your private account to check your personal information and addresses at any time and, if necessary, correct or update any errors that may have existed in the data introduced.

The shipping and billing addresses can also be corrected or updated throughout the purchase process, as indicated in section 8 of this document, where the “purchase process” is described.

      1. PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS:

The online shop offers a large variety of products. Click on them to see pictures, detailed description with information about characteristics, price, color or size.

The products may show slight variations of color and texture in comparison to the photograph that appears on the web due to different factors, including the resolution of your monitor. However, we will do everything possible to make the images as true to reality as possible.

      1. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY:

It is possible there is no stock available at the moment of attending your purchase order. In this case, we will contact you to inform you about the incident and, if applicable, return the full amount paid.

ELENA CABEZAS reserves the right to cancel any order and make a refund due to lack of stock.

      1. SERVICE AVAILABILITY:

The products of this website are only available for Spanish territory (not including Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla).

      1. PURCHASE PROCESS:

The purchase process is the following:

      1. Browse the web, adding any product you want to the shopping bag.
      2. Once you finished selecting the products, click on “shopping bag” (on the right corner or on the menu at the right of the screen) to see a summary of your bag: a list of your chosen products where you can eliminate any of the articles or modify the quantity of the product. You can also introduce “discount codes”. Once you check the products, click on “PROCESS PURCHASE”

III. You need to créate a private account in order to continue with your purchase process. If yu do not have an account yet, register yourself in “CREATE AN ACCOUNT”; if you already have an account, introduce your email and password in “I’M ALREADY REGISTERED”.

      1. Check the shipping and billing data. In this section, you can correct any error of your data, by clicking on “UPDATE”. Also, you can add any comment or clarification about your order in the enabled text box.
      1. Choose between pick-up at store or home delivery and accept our Terms & Conditions, if you agree.
      1. Choose a payment method. At this step, the system will redirect you automatically to the selected payment system, where you can provide the information required for the payment. You only need to provide this information in this step.

In case you select bank transfer, your payment will be pending until after receipt of payment.

VII. Lastly, you will receive a purchase confirmation email with all details about your purchase.

      1. HOW DOES THE FIDELITY POINT SYSTEM WORK?

The fidelity point system is not currently working. The home page will show the validity of the point system (when available), as well as the present conditions.

      1. PRICES:

All prices indicated on the website include applicable taxes and will be expressed in Euros.

In case of special offers or discounts, the original price will be crossed out, with a clear indication of the final discounted price.

The prices shown do not include shipping costs, which will be calculated in accordance with the provisions of the following section, and will be broken down in detail before finishing the purchase process.

      1. SHIPPING COSTS:

The shipping costs for peninsula territory will be 7€ for orders under 80€. Orders over 80€ do not have any shipping cost.

      1. PAYMENT METHODS:

You can pay by any of the following means:

Credit or debit card. You will pay through a payment gateway to ensure your account privacy and safety.

Visa and MasterCard, both credit and debit cards are accepted

Once the purchase process is complete, the system will automatically redirect you to the payment gateway where you will be asked for the necessary data to make the purchase.

Bank transference: you must transfer the money after finishing the purchase process. The transference data will be shown after selecting this payment method.

Your order number must be included as the concept of the transaction (which you will receive via email after completing the purchase process). The shipment of the products will be made once the payment is received in our bank. If we do not receive the transference in 5 days, we will cancel your order.       1. SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND PICK-UP:

You can choose your shipping method in your purchase process: pick-up at store or home delivery:

      1. Home delivery:

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal charges. There is a close rate for the handling costs, but the transport cost may vary depending on the package weight. We recommend you to group all your products together. We cannot combine two different orders, and the shipping costs will be applied to both of them. We do not assume any responsibility of any damage of the product after sending the package.

      1. Pick-up at store:

There is not shipping costs.

Your order will be available 1-3 days after receiving the payment.

The store is located at: Calle Hernando de Acuña, nº 42, Valladolid. You can pick-up your order during the opening hours: Monday to Friday from 09.30 to 18.00, and Saturday from 09.30 to 14.

      1. RETURN POLICY:

Claims for defective or erroneous merchandise may be accepted. In this case, Peluquería Elena Cabezas will return a 100% of the payment and will pay for the return costs.

You can use postal service or visit our store for claims for defective or erroneous merchandise:

The procedure:

Send an email to info@peluqueriaelenacabezas.com, indicating “return” in the object of the email. This email must indicate the order number, billing data and the product you want to return.

Once you receive the confirmation of your return petition, you can send the product to the following address: Calle Hernando de Acuña, nº 42, 47014, Valladolid. Including your order bill or ticket.

We will return the payment after checking the products.

Store return.

You can return your products at our store “Elena Cabezas”, located in Calle Hernando de Acuña, nº 42 en Valladolid, during opening hours with your purchase bill.

You have 7 natural days to communicate any defective or erroneous product. Returns will not be accepted after this period.

Claims and inquiries that are sent will be answered as soon as possible.

      1. ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT:

The electronic document containing the details about the Contract will be stored by “Elena Cabezas”. You can see all your orders at our website, in your private account, in the “order record” section, after login in with your email and password.

 

      1. BILL:

Once you have placed your order, you will receive the proof of purchase in your email. If you wish, you can request your paper invoice by contacting us at +34 983 35 01 61, within 15 days after the purchase without any additional cost.

      1. DISCLAIMER:

We are not responsible for the breach or delay of obligations that are due to causes beyond our control, as in case of force majeure or fortuitous event.

Although most deliveries are made within the indicated period, occasionally, delays may occur due to data transcription errors, inclement weather, large order volume dates, etc. In this case, contact us to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

In addition, compliance with deadlines also depends on third parties, so we are not responsible for strikes, closures, accidents or other causes of force majeure that prevent compliance with them.

      1. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION:

The relationship between the holder and the user will be governed by current Spanish regulations.

      1. INTEGRITY OF THE CONTRACT:

These general conditions and any document referred to constitute the entire contract, replacing any agreement or agreement that the parties could have reached.
